Mr. Andy W. Huang is the Founder and Chairman of Laing Ban Strategy & Capital Corp. (LBSC), with over 30 years of entrepreneurial and business ownership experience and more than 25 years of experience in international investment and capital markets.
Throughout his career, he has operated as an entrepreneur, business owner, and strategic investor, having founded more than 10 companies, invested in over 100 enterprises, and participated in financing and capital market-related activities involving more than 20 publicly listed companies.
He is also the Founder and Chairman of DEVENTO GROUP and a Core Founding Member of the Global Private Investment Fund Organization. Through LBSC, he applies his entrepreneurial, investment, and cross-border business experience to support strategic advisory, capital structuring, and long-term value creation for businesses and investors.
